Okay so it's about time to make our character dining reservations, we are doing 2 breakfasts. I was looking at Chef Mickeys but have heard mixed reviews, the others were Cape May and Akershus(I prob butchered the spelling lol). any feedback? I have 2 picky eaters and I have a peanut allergy but I have heard Disney is very accommodating(I developed this wonderful allergy when I was pregnant with my 1st so I didn't have to worry about this last time I was there)

If you have never been to any character dining breakfasts before I would start with Chef Mickey's - you will see the fab five there - Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Goofy and Pluto. - mrsincredible  431.9 #6 7:52PM
I've only done Chef Mickey's, and I really enjoy it! I would think they have a better selection for picky eaters. You should check out sample menus on AllEars.com - CollegeDisneyKnowledgeGrad  425.4 #7 7:55PM

Chef mickeys has a great selection. Disney is great at accommodating picky eaters and allergies for sure. Don't wry about that. Just speak to ur server about that,ask around,check menus ahead of time,call and speak to someone at Disney before u go,etc. They have everything for kids who are picky eaters like pancakes,fruits,eggs,Mickey shaped waffles,breakfast pizza,breakfast potatoes,etc. & mrsincredible mentioned,the fab 5 are there:) If ur children want to see the pooh characters,then crystal palace is where u would go for that. Great breakfast as well. I haven't been to the other 2 that u mentioned so I can't comment on them. Sry:( lol..hope that helps somewhat - mickeynme  103.0 #46 8:07PM
Thank you for the input!! I know my son wants to meet Mickey and the bunch so I am thinking from this Chef Mickeys sounds good and I was doing the princesses for my little girl which I highly doubt she is going to remember since she is only going to be 18 months! - ccmom  175.5 #30 9:51PM
I think I have decided on Chef Mickeys and Akershus for sure and am thinking of adding Garden Grill for a nice dinner since the others will be breakfast. - ccmom  175.5 #30 12:34PM
It depends on the characters you want to see. But the food at Cape May is the very best. - totfav  8.8 #221 12:55PM
