Are you able to enter the parks during extra magic hours??? Or must you already be there

Me too! I was worried cause we have dinner reservations at 7:30 in epcot and the same night is hollywood studio's extra magic hours and they start at 8! - Boardwalkgirl  37.3 #81 6:14PM
