This question is geared towards the people here who work at Disney, especially in the medical field. I am an aspiring veterinarian and I would really like to work in Disney World (i.e. Animal Kingdom). I consider myself to be a pretty hard-worker and I have an A average. I also know that schools are competitive and internships at veterinary offices are crucial. I was wondering if there was anything outside the usual that I would have to do to be considered for a job there. Don't worry; I'm about 12 years away from veterinary school graduation so I have a little time to prepare, though I would like to get a head start on things. Any speculations would be much appreciated. Thank you! =D

Be willing to say I sell my soul to you and will work insane hours and am available 24/7, job before family. All serious business aside, check the Disney career page for starters, then go from there - IndyandMarion  1278.9 #4 11:14AM
Volunteering is a bonus. When I was trying to go to vet tech school, one of the reasons they didn't consider me was that I had not done an ROP course. - Lelundrial  656.3 #304 11:18AM
I would try to do the Disney college program, that way you would already have some experience with Disney and it may help you get the job you want there! - Andrea84  713.9 #10 12:58PM
I was gonna say the same thing. - poohbr1205  21.2 #167 4:06PM
