My little tips. If you like to eat then the dining plan is for you. I usually don't eat that much while at the parks but love to have nice dinner. In the end the dining plan works for me since it saves. It can be a lot of food. Places you should eat is Casey's Corner at MK, Pizza Planet at HS, and for a nice restaurant try 50's Prime Time at HS. Okay this is a toughy .. Either hollywood studios and epcot, because you can sinply hop on a ferry to take you to and from both parks ... Or animal kingdom and hollywood studios.. Welcome. One day I want to come your way for vacation but here is what I think for when you come our way. Feb march and April all have good times during the month to visit check your calendar try to avoid times when ther are school breaks it is crazy in the parks during those times for instance presidents week st pattys day. If you are a baseball fan you can catch a ball game at wide world of sports,flower garden festival and concerts a at Epcot and since you are going to universal on Saturdays they have mardi GRAS which is great fun. We visit numerous times during the year and always stay in a valu resort. We are partial to pops because we travel with 6 grandkids and it is a little easier to get a seat on bus there, but we have stayed at them all and they all are nice. You think like we do we are showering and sleeping and that's about it. If you are going to take time to sit down and eat in a restraunt everyday then do the dinning plan if you are only going to do quick service it's probably breaks about even unless you get free dinning or discount because you are a cast member. There are so many great places to dine both sit down an QS it really is up to your taste. There also are some fun entertainment dinning also. So many restaurants...so little time!! LeVelling in Epcot/Canada or The Brown Derby in Hollywood Studios if you're into steaks, Marrakech in Epcot/Morocco has great food & belly dancers, ohana at the Polynesian resort for a great character breakfast, Crystal Palace for character dinner, Tonys on Main Street for a great spaghetti dinner...oh the list goes on.
