Depends what kind of Dining experience you want. Are you looking to do Character meals? Just regular sit down restaurants? But, for Character meals I would say Cinderella's Royal Table makes you feel like a princess, fancy-ish, Crystal Palace has a great breakfast, Ohana's for breakfast or dinner is great, Trails End Buffet is really yummy, Yak & Yeti is my fav. For lunch or dinner....their wonton dessert is the best! Chef Mickey's breakfast is yummy, and fun......the list can on & on really, lol:). I hear le cellier the most for Epcot but I liked chef France and am happy w garden grill even tho it gets less than excellent reviews for food. In mk I like simpler places compared to Cinderella's royal table and crystal palace, like the plaza and liberty tree. In hs brown Derby.
