Is anyone a member of Tables in Wonderland? Saw a blurb about it in my DVC magazine & was wondering if it's worth it?

We just got it and we love it. However it's mostly for table service places. If your family doesn't do sit down meals, don't do it! - mkigos  48.9 #107 11:56AM
I really wished I had signed up for this and got the card before my last trip. I did the math and it would have saved me about 100 on all my last trip. I just looked at the list and it has all of the places I love to eat but are all more of the fine dining places...I did see something interesting as well...It includes alcoholic beverages which is a huge plus because of the mark up on those as well....I will be getting this when I arrive for my next trip in 60 days...just a little buthhurt I did not get it before as it would have paid for itself half way through the trip and will save me even more but glad I know now - Dave  13496.2 #2 12:40PM
Thank guys! Yea we love sit down meals as a family! I'm kinda butthurt that we didnt do it sooner too Dave! LOL! - TangledNdisneY  324.7 #27 1:19PM
So this is separate from doing a dining plan? Or something you would do in addition to the dining plan? I haven't heard of it. - mrsincredible  1189.7 #5 3:17PM
It's something that's an advantage for DVC members, I'm pretty sure you can't use it in connection with the dining plan. I'm also pretty sure you don't have to be a DVC member to get it. - DizneyGirl  935.8 #8 3:24PM
AP holders and DVC can buy the card which saves 20% at a lot of sit down restaurants and it is good for one year. Just look up tables in wonderland to find the website! I think it cost around $90 per year. - Andrea84  713.9 #10 3:45PM
Oh OK... guess that is why I hadn't heard of it before. Still trying to talk the hubs into DVC. ;) - mrsincredible  1189.7 #5 3:49PM
its $75 bucks and gets you 20% off food and alcohol and all of the finer dining restraunts that you would not get your AP discount..unlike Disneyland they dont give you a discount at most places and when they do its only 10% not 20% so for soembody like me who loves Ca Grill, Le Cellier, Citrcos, it works out well...esp since the wine and others get taxed on...Its a great deal - Dave   13496.2 #2 4:08PM
Why Dave, you have very expensive taste! - CollegeDisneyKnowledgeGrad  1397.0 #3 4:19PM
yes I do...Total food snob as well - Dave   13496.2 #2 12:34PM
I guess this will be good since my hubby loves to try out different beers at different res. But I read 18% gratuity is added does the 20 % go on the bill before or after the gratuity is added ? - Disneymom36  62.4 #96 12:40PM
you tip on the before discounted price which is what you are supposed to do anyway.. - Dave   13496.2 #2 1:13PM
