ok mw family I need your suggestions on this.. if you had a chance to work at a Disney resort .. but live 45 mins would you do it.. mind this it will be only part time .. my heart says yes but my brain says are u crazy that's a lot of gas .. so I'm torn.. !!!

Would depend on how many days. I just hate driving so far to work. So for a few days a week, yes. For 4 or say 6 no way. But I would drive that far frequently for visits, no problem!! - DizneyGirl

My commute is about 30-40 minutes and I know a lot of people whose commutes are much longer every day. If you are not taking the job for the money, it might be a really fun part time gig! - CollegeDisneyKnowledgeGrad

It would really depend ,gas is so expensive,I personally hate driving but I live in ny so wherever I go I sit in traffic so I can't really look at it the same 45 min for me would probably take up to a couple hrs or so but if its something you truly want then go for it,best of luck:) - tracsant

Are u gonna b working as a server in a restaraunt? If so u're tips are probably worth it. I like having a bit of a commute. It gives u time to unwind after work - ready4vacation

Keep in mind how hard jobs are to come by right now if you turn this down how long will it be before something comes up again. Just use that 45 min to relax and unwind. After all how many times will you have a chance to work for Disney and remember just cause they say part time doesn't always mean part time you could be doing 40 hours a week in no time I say go for it at least give it a chance and see how it works out - cowboygoofy
