Man arrested at Disney resort for indecent exposure by Leah Zanolla Jun 17, 2012 A 68-year-old man was arrested at Walt Disney World last week for exposing himself to two young girls. On Monday, June 11, two girls reported to police that John Philip "Phil" Oldham, of Larchmont, had exposed himself to them at the Animal Kingdom Lodge pool. A 9-year-old girl said she was swimming Monday afternoon when she almost ran into the man. She reported "the man had his trunks pulled up to his waist on one side" and had his privates exposed. She then told her parents about the incident. The 7-year-old told her family "that she saw a man with his private out of his swim trunks." When she tried to swim away, she got scared because the man followed her. Oldham has been released on bail from the Orange County Jail, where he was being held on two counts of lewd and lascivious exhibition.
