I went on a Disney cruise and loved it. I did get motion sickness on the boat but I took dremamean. Sorry not sure how to spell it. But after I took it I was fine an able to enjoy everything. Just something you can look into - Schramke  313.1 #14 5:23AM

I have been on 2 and they are great. For the motion sickness you can get Dramamine and there is also some type of patch. There is medical on the boat if you need something. Everyday you will get a schedule of events in the ship. Character meets, shows and classes. You can learn to make towel animals. I also suggest bringing reusable mugs and water bottles. There is a drink station and it does have water. The breakfast buffet is good, I suggest the French toast. I also like the veggie burgers at Pluto's grill. The pizza is good but the slices are small. Disney Cruise blows the other cruise lines out of the water. Biggest tip. Relax and enjoy and dont miss the evening shows. Also try booking the last dinner then you have a little more time on the islands. - crazy4mickey  9.5 #205 11:11AM

We've been on the Disney Magic and were going on the Dream in July!!! My opinion is Disney is the best cruise ever!!! There is so much to do,the food and entertainment is great. I also get sea sick on smaller ships but didn't get sick not once. It's so huge I forget I'm on a cruise!!! Just don't stare out at the water...I know you're going to enjoy yourself!!! Oh I know what I forgot. You also get what they call wave phones on the ship. They are a way for you all to stay in contact when you go your separate ways. I don't know if you have any kids traveling with you, but sign them up for the Oceaneer's club/lab, it depends on age. The first time I had to pretty much drag my child out of there. I've never been on a cruise, but if you're worried about motion sickness, ask your doctor before you go for a prescription for a medication patch. Sometimes what they prescribe is a drug called scopolamine. The patch stays on your skin, you don't have to worry about taking pills. - brhimler  4.5 #419 5:24PM

I went on a cruise many years ago (not a Disney one) and my doctor perscribed these patches that you put behind your ear for motion sickness....they were amazing! Never got sick or woozy once...I think they were called Transderm Scop? Check them out! - ncjal  116.5 #43 8:19AM
