When we did online check in, we found some problems that we were able to take care of before arriving. It was nice to deal with that ahead of time instead of at the desk - timonT  208.0 #23 9:16AM

We used it, but when we arrived they put us in the wrong kind of bed in the room, then when I insisted on a king bed which I had called about months before they said they would have to charge me more, I said no and has the date I had called and whom I spoke with in my hand and they "upgraded" me for "free" it was kind of a loosey experience, but we have our king bed and that's what we need for good sleep and that is necessary for Disney world. - margustafson  15.5 #5591 11:34AM
