When you get on MW, there's a Welcome screen if you scroll way down and click on Support you can enter your name (screen name), email and then put your comments in there.  You will get an email right away stating they received your feedback and then you will hear back within a few days on the issue and whether it's fix or if he offers you suggestions to do on your end. - DizneyGirl  380.6 #10 11:06AM
