Yep, we love the hopper passes, too! We go to MK the first day and last day (split with another park). We usually try to assign a full day to each park though, then the last day is a free-for-all, and another visit to MK. Last Oct, we hit 3 parks the last day. :) - mrsincredible  431.9 #6 10:18PM

We don't like to do the parks without the hoppers. Last year there were several days that we spent time in more than 1 park and our last day was a free for all too. We hit 3 parks our last day. - girlonfire  36.4 #90 11:02PM

If you are looking to save time, go with the medium sized dining plan. We had way too much food and spent too much time traveling last time with the full meal plan. I felt bad that the only park I hit really seen is animal kingdom - Plimpton  13.3 #163 12:16PM

One trip the entire family didn't go to AK, but the hubby took the middle daughter.  If your time is really tight and you have to cut out a park, I, myself would cut out AK.  However, knowing it's my 5 year olds fave park, I couldn't do it. - DizneyGirl  382.4 #10 12:29PM

Here's my thoughts on park hopper.  We plan which day we will visit a park and spend the entire day there (with a mid-day pool break), since we can spend an entire day at a park we don't park hop.  However, if I were to have a day or two that I was going to park hop, I'd buy a ticket for an extra one or more days, it's cheaper.  Follow me?  So, say you are buying 7 day tickets, add park hopper it's $1250 (for a family of 4), BUT if you know you are going to park hop only 2 of those days, buy a 9 day ticket for $1094, this saves you $156!  Or if you have 5 day  tickets at $1186 and want to park hop three of those days, buy 8 day tickets for $1062, saving $124! - DizneyGirl  382.4 #10 1:36PM

I say don't skip ak, there's alot to do there even though most people say it takes only half a day, when we go there we never seem to do everything we want, it's fun seeing the animals and there are also fun rides there and a finding nemo show, and you should go to the Tusker house, plus you don't need a full day to get a dole whip(even though they are delicious), if you don't have time to get one when you are at MK then you can just go there with a park hopper or leave ak if you get bored with it - nodell111  153.9 #38 3:00PM
