What's the first thing you like to do at WDW after you've checked in to your hotel room, dropped off your bags, etc? We always say we're going to relax at DD, but when we get there, we're too excited. We rush off to a park instead!

We make a dinner reservation in advance for the first night somewhere we haven't been n then explore that area. Then maybe the pool n an early night so we can get an early start at the parks the next morn - ready4vacation

Head for DTD & meet up with a friend who lives in the area. Then we go to Walmart to check out souvenirs, go to lunch/dinner, hang out at the friends house for awhile & catch up. Then back to the resort to rest up for the first full day of Disney Parks.😃 - Tinkerbell1265

Depends on what time we get there. Last time got there at 7am so our room wasn't ready. Got breakfast at the quick service place then we headed to a park. Don't remember which one we started at. Just remember we kept zonking out on the buses. These guys laughed at me for nodding off. I was so tired I didn't care. - Lelundrial
