I am going crazy I am starting to feel that my travel agent is screwing me because I just found out that Disney doesn't have my address for my reservation that they have some other address not even for the state I live in.... HELP

I can't cancel but I do have both reservation numbers so if I do get screwed I will make sure I get a refund of all my money including what I use driving down and back - firestorm64rt  31.8 #102 7:22PM

I was a travel agent (& Disney destination specialist). When I booked clients with Disney, all documents were sent to me. I would then call my clients to pick them up. Disney didn't need my clients address (unless it was for payment purposes), just the travel agency's address. - CollegeDisneyKnowledgeGrad  425.6 #7 1:06AM
I had that with AAA they had the agencies # on record it made dining reservations hard too. I called the travel agent and told them to put my phone as the one on file then you can call Disney yourself and make arrangements - pbjc1  12.2 #176 11:38AM
