The dining plan is a different thing. It is available to everyone staying in property and it saved you about 30% depending on your familys needs. It is prepaid meals pretty much. For the regular dining plan you are allotted 1 snack point,1 quick service meal and 1 table service meal for each day of your stay per person, - majickingdom79  77.3 #56 4:20AM

If you look at the actual savings it is just saving you 2% because you pay gratuity. It is beneficial to you if you are FL resident and/or AP holder and go to Disney more than once or twice a year. In my opinion though . I would take a look at the DP and see if that works best for you opposed to the TIW for 8 days. Remember too the TIW is $75:) hope this helps - majickingdom79  77.3 #56 1:52PM
