Help please! My parents got these glasses during our last trip, and we hand wash them like the directions say, but all the decals are coming off!! :( I don't know if you can tell in the picture, but the whole glass is supposed to have the decals on it, and this glass is empty on one side. :( Who would I contact to express my extreme disappointment?? Thanks friends!
