Growing up my family camped at fort wilderness at least once a year (we are from PA). And it was absolutley the best fun! My advice is to rent a golf cart from an outside vendor (they are half the price of disneys). It's truly a fun way to spend your time at WDW! - harpmamma  10.6 #189 5:36PM

I know someone who camped in summer and loved it, but suggested it would be more comfortable in the less crowded and cooler times of year. They had to get up at 5 am to get a shower without waiting😳 - ally  440.5 #4 8:11PM

Ah, glad to hear someone enjoyed it :) we're not sure about a tent or not. But a tent would be cheaper, lol. Of course I would definitely have to have a good air mattress!! We were looking at prices earlier and they were almost as much as a value resort, so we're still deciding. We want to go soon!! Definitley! The cabins are a family favorite too. Another piece of advice is to put white Christmas lights around your tent or camper so when you come back at nighttime you'll be able to see :) - harpmamma  10.6 #189 10:05PM
