this is not Disney related, but I feel because a lot of us are parents I should tell you of my experience with portrait innovations. I was lead to believe that I was paying for the complete rights to all of my photos, however when I got home I realized that was the complete opposite. When I contacted the studio they were unhelpful and said that is not something they offer. I contacted the corporate customer service and was treated absolutely horrible and by the customer service manager. She was completely rude and unhelpful and would not let me speak to her supervisor. I needed to let other people know because I feel that a good company would not run business this way and they would care when they have unhappy customers. We will never be going back there and I regret going there in the first place.
Oh my, sorry to hear this. I've used them 3 times and 2 of those times were a horrible experience, I too won't go back. Glad you could vent here with your MW family. - DizneyGirl

So sorry! We've used them before & had great pics. I got the disc but had so many pics that I never tried to print any myself. I do remember the girl telling me that 1 of the online pic companies would print them. - NcMoM

Thanks guys, I had to let other people know. I went to file a complaint with the better business bureau and of course they are not a member, makes perfect sense! My pictures do look good however when you are treated so poorly and lied to that will turn me off right away! - chicky5801

Sorry. I can't say too much but I've had a similar situation. Best tip I can give you for things like this is all ways all ways ask for a copy write release before hand. Basically in the photo world say I gave you one of my balloon photos with the release form. I'd relinquish all ownership of that photo to you. While I took it, you can do whatever you want with it. - IndyandMarion

my husband for mothers day took my three kids to get their pictures taking, two hrs later and 250.00 dollars later with just a hand ful of pictures. I wasnt impressed either way to much for so little pictures! - Scothran

I usually go to Target..or Kiddie Kandid inside my babiesrus..Kiddie Kandid gives a copy right release cd with their package deals.. - justGoofin
