this is not Disney related, but I feel because a lot of us are parents I should tell you of my experience with portrait innovations. I was lead to believe that I was paying for the complete rights to all of my photos, however when I got home I realized that was the complete opposite. When I contacted the studio they were unhelpful and said that is not something they offer. I contacted the corporate customer service and was treated absolutely horrible and by the customer service manager. She was completely rude and unhelpful and would not let me speak to her supervisor. I needed to let other people know because I feel that a good company would not run business this way and they would care when they have unhappy customers. We will never be going back there and I regret going there in the first place.
