Answer: it's The Everest Ornament. A conservation org. climbs to the summit to retrieve oxygen containers left. They make bells and jars from the aluminum containers to sell to offset their costs. The shavings from making the bells, etc. are used for the ornament contents. So the ornament, to sum up, is comprised of aluminum shavings from oxygen containers left at the top of Mt.
