Does anyone know if you can ride rides with a cast on your leg?
Oh yeah. Just be careful. Some attractions are tough to get into the seats (Splash, Space mountain. Rock n Roller Coaster to name a few). Most attractions can accommodate casts, but if you're unsure, ask someone before getting in the queue. - IndyandMarion

They should let you on all rides, but some CMs may express concern about your ability to navigate emergency exits, should an evacuation be necessary. Consider bringing a plastic bag into the parks with you to cover your cast on wet rides. And like Indy said, Talk to a CM. confirm there is sufficient leg room for your cast. Request a front-row seat on test Track, as it has the most leg room. - C-Ticket
