Fabulous trip to Disneyland! Mickey's Halloween Party was worth every penny!! All the work my friend and I put into our husbands' costumes was worth it! They stole all the attention away from us! LOL
Till we meet again land of happiness... ;(
Ok...I've been experimenting how to do text notifications for a while now. I did put in my area code, and cell number with @txt.att.net after, but the only time I ever received a text alert was when I got a DM. Now I don't received e-mail alerts at all since I changed it to text alerts. Do you only get text alerts for DMs only? I was thinking I would get a text alert with responses to my posts too More...

My shells are almost done for me to dress up as Ariel at Mickey's Halloween Party on October 23rd! Don't worry, I'll be wearing a tan T-shirt underneath to be family friendly ;) Pink star fish is my burette. So happy how it has turned out this far! Can't wait!!!!!!!
After after 5 years of depriving myself from Disneyland related to school, work, and just plain life I'm finally going to the happiest place on earth in 28 days with my husband that has not been since he was a child. I want to just wear normal clothes resembling my favorite Disney character Ariel at the Halloween event but it's so hard to find a shirt like this with purple shells! With a top simil More...
I'm curious. Has anyone ever been to Disneyland at a time when it was so slow you had little to no wait time for almost all the rides?! I have. We ironically had a trip scheduled right after 9/11 happened. It was a sad time but it was one incredible day at Disneyland.
Are the letters "California" gone from in front of California adventure yet? I heard they're being donated to cal expo in Sacramento where I'm from. Perhaps I'll see them when I go to the state fair soon ;)
Question. Is Disneyland closed to the public when Mikckey's Halloween party starts @ 6:00pm on October 23?! I'm going to DL then and I don't want to be kicked out early if I don't buy a ticket for the Halloween party ;(
A personal favorite is the beautifully hand crafted music box
A fun video from 2013, the story behind the music box with Clopin, Figaro and the even watch the Tangled Tower being put into the Fantasy Faire:
Of course, no trip to the Fantasy Faire would be complete without a visit to the Royal Hall. Loved this artist rendition, that's just how my girls are when they enter the Hall. ::sigh::
Took this next part directly from Disney Parks Blog:
“After walking into our main entrance, you will first go through a garden-like setting before entering the reception hall,” said Michel Den Dulk, Creative Director of Fantasy Faire for Walt Disney Imagineering. “Once inside the Royal Hall, guests will discover a beautiful gothic interior with nice wallpaper, wall cresting, wood finishes and chandeliers.”
Passing through a series of spaces, including the Grand Hall, you’ll have the opportunity to meet as many as three Disney princesses, from classic stories such as “Cinderella” and “Sleeping Beauty.”
Dont forget to grab a sweet treat from Maurice's Treats! At the time, (isn't there more now?) the adorable cart featured 3 “Twists” and a new signature beverage: Boysen Apple Freeze.
In a tribute to the historic Carnation Plaza Gardens, a shield over the archway leading from Fantasy Faire to Rancho del Zocalo in Frontierland displays the letters “CPG.”
