@ Jess: there are three people wearing costumes (look for the greens, yellows and purple). They come out about 30 mins. before the show starts. Go up to them and ask for the ticket.

@kit: it $45 on blackout days. The price went up this summer. I have friends who have SoCal passes and paid the $45 to get in.

@Admin- I've done that walk through Downtown to the parking structure with my family. And I've walked to and from Pumba with family and our dog at night (opening day of Halloweentime).
