This is a biggie for me having non-service dogs inside the park. There is a kennal outside the gates- $20 all day.
If it would have been me, I would have gotten a photo of the lady with her pet inside the stroller and went to City Hall or the nearest CM and BITCH!
I just got done emailing customer service concerning the pet issue. I'll let you what they say.
As for complaining, you be surprise at what can happen. To some (like my hubby), it's a waste of time. To others like me can change how things are done to ensure happy customers keep coming back. As they say, the customer is always right.
@ Amy- I have an 8yr. old. She has no problems walking all day at DL and DCA. Never used a stroller when we took her for the first time when she was three.
The "SUV" strollers are the really big ones that have all the bells and whistles on it. They block most of the sidewalk because they take up a lot of space.
Mine expires in March and decided not to renew. I don't want to pay $$$ for half a resort that I can't use (remodeling of DCA). I'm going to wait til 2012 (pray that we are still here) to get a new pass. All the remodeling will be done and will be able to enjoy the new Carsland and the Little Mermaid ride.
@ Admin- we didn't even know that we had gotten that room until we pulled up. The rep had told us that the hotel was booked and they had up-graded us to a suite then moved us to the El Capitan. If we had know that we would have brought food to cook in the kitchen.
I found out about Depp staying at the Grand a week later.
DL should ask for handicap parking permit or some form to prove they are in need of the wheel/scooter. If you do not have one, then you don't to be in those lines. Another idea is to hand out a pass that will allow up to 6 people in that party to use those lines. Or do what I do, get online and email customer service your thoughts about them.
