Yes, but they close the single rider line when the ride goes down and it takes some time to get accurate wait times posted. I got in line when it jus reopened and it will have been about 30 min for me.

It also confussed me before but yes its still open. They just dont post a time because its hard for them to guess how long it will take sometimes. If anything just ask the CM and they'll let you know :) - Fade2blk

From my experience it's always best to ask the CM at the entrance what the wait time is. When I went last month the wait time board was down but when we asked the CM she told us it was 45-50 minute wait for single and 95 minute wait for standby. - KermitFan13

Went to DCA, went straight to the Racers but they were down till 8:33am, I only remember this because my group decided we would leave if it wasn't running by 8:30, but we couldn't bring ourselves to leave after investing that much time and its a good thing we didn't! Josh please don't listen to mickeynewguy. I would also love to know answers to your question. I have never been to early morning. Usually because we have passes and it is for hotel visitors or 3 day or more park hopper tix. But I love that Disney is offering it to try for ap holders. We got there early. Went to RSR. Waited about 10 min. Sent the kids to scream'n while I waited for RSR fast passes. Then went to Toy Story. Then back to Carsland to hit the other rides. Got a snack and enjoyed the Red Car Trolley (no one else was on it). Then just took the rest of the day as it came. Hope you have a grand time. - sewedna
