Candy cane times on main street are a bit different. They try to run every 2 hours minus breaks and lunch. Get there early since those wristbands go faster than trolley treats. Only 3 days left in each kitchen. Friday, sunday, tuesday at candy palace and sat,mon and christmas at trolley treats. Ill be at trolley treats each day making the last batches of the day
Dont be fooled! The other candy canes pale in comparison to our handmade ones. Also, when buying candy make sure you buy the packages with the “Fresh" stickers on them, we make those ones and not the family size ones.
An update to this story. They may have been a hole in the glass at one pont in time due to reasons that none of us will truly know the real reason for it being there, however there is no hole in that glass now, atleast 2-3 years ago there wasnt. I walked every square inch of the mansion and there wasnt any holes in the glass
A personal favorite is the beautifully hand crafted music box
A fun video from 2013, the story behind the music box with Clopin, Figaro and the even watch the Tangled Tower being put into the Fantasy Faire:
Of course, no trip to the Fantasy Faire would be complete without a visit to the Royal Hall. Loved this artist rendition, that's just how my girls are when they enter the Hall. ::sigh::
Took this next part directly from Disney Parks Blog:
“After walking into our main entrance, you will first go through a garden-like setting before entering the reception hall,” said Michel Den Dulk, Creative Director of Fantasy Faire for Walt Disney Imagineering. “Once inside the Royal Hall, guests will discover a beautiful gothic interior with nice wallpaper, wall cresting, wood finishes and chandeliers.”
Passing through a series of spaces, including the Grand Hall, you’ll have the opportunity to meet as many as three Disney princesses, from classic stories such as “Cinderella” and “Sleeping Beauty.”
Dont forget to grab a sweet treat from Maurice's Treats! At the time, (isn't there more now?) the adorable cart featured 3 “Twists” and a new signature beverage: Boysen Apple Freeze.
In a tribute to the historic Carnation Plaza Gardens, a shield over the archway leading from Fantasy Faire to Rancho del Zocalo in Frontierland displays the letters “CPG.”
