Are the elevaters on tower of terror all the same experience? They seem a bit different. Anyone know?

I saw a Travel Channel special on WDW and they said there were different versions of the ride so I think the one in DCA should be the same? - Admin 11:40AM

No. The ride has a computer system, I believe, designed to make the ride different. So you never know when you'll drop nor how many times. - Mckeyman 54.8 #3651 11:46AM

The DCA version of ToT only does not have a random ride system. It's capable, but never been turned on. They were going to announce it several times in previous years, but are holding it. Currently there's so much coming to DCA that they don't "need" to have something else to lure in visitors. - Marlon 0.0 #102881 5:55PM

The only difference in ride experience at DCA is that tower Charlie (the isolated one) goes up after the mirror scene instead of down. It's not a part of the ride experience, it's just there because of space limitations. - ttztotdca50 21.6 #4909 8:00PM
