Never knew that! I'll have to try that next time. I hate the traffic on the 5, and I always have the worst luck with it getting to DL! - duckchub 290.7 #668 7:54PM
If freeways are impossible, try to take streets. If you can get to Whittier Blvd. Go east until you hit Beach Blvd. Travel it down until Buena Park. From there you can jump back on the 5 south where the lanes have opened to 5 or 6 lanes here. - Willierose

When I do polkadots, I take a pencil with an eraser, and stick a sewing pin with a round colored top in the eraser.makes for a perfect dotting tool. Just out some nail polish on a paper plate, paper towel, whatever, dip the pinhead in the paint a bit, and dot it on a nail polished fingernail. Practice a bit on the plate first to get the sizes how you want. :) - flukefan 266.4 #863 3:22PM
That sounds good, I can't wait to give it a shot when we go next! Thanks for the help! - ya0z3rs 8.6 #7297 3:26PM
I use a Sally Hansen Nail Art Pen, it works wonders!! - LizO™ 470.0 #259 7:42PM
Those are pricey for me...a pin, pencil, and bottle of nail polish are still cheaper than one of those pens. #frugalcollegestudent :) - flukefan 266.4 #863 9:11PM
Yes they can be a little too much. I get them when they are on sale at Target. #momoftwo #disneylandannualpasses ;) - LizO™ 470.0 #259 9:48PM
I don't think I can afford a pin. My life blows... #completelybrokeloserofacollegestudentwithsixmoreyearsoftuitiontogo - SteamboatMinnie 309.9 #563 1:25AM
Well first paint all nails red. With a toothpic cut off th tip and with white nail polish you can do the dots. And the Mickey after the red is dry do a thiker French tip but with the black and the 2 yellow dots. And your all done 😁💅 - JayyD0ll

Cool! Sounds easy enough! Did you use Revlon for all your colors? Do you find any one brand works best because you did such a fantastic job! It looks soooo clean! After all the waiting and drying, how long do you think it took from start to finish? Sorry for all the q's just REALLY excited to try it before our next upcoming visit! Thanks again for the post and sharing! 👍😃 - ya0z3rs 8.6 #7297 3:33PM
Aww, I remember that. We would park our car and have to remember what character we parked at. Then we would take the shuttle up to the front gate. MEMORIES! - darodrig

Love it! My dad has video of us from 1981. Even my visit as a teen in 1987 seems so old style Disneyland, I think the people mover was still there and the sky tram thing. Awe, good times! - nittywitty

I so remember that. The cone thrower CM's who showed and made you park in sequence as you followed the car in front of you. And all the dumb people who would get on the Hotel Tram in front only to be told that "this is the Disneyland Hotel Tram only" and everyone would moan and get off. Good times. And a heck of alot easier to get on and off. - splashphotoCM
