I'm making a quick post to say thanks to everyone on here who's been flooding my phone/twitter/facebook with love the last couple of days. I appreciate all of the support.. It's this kind of support that gives me hope and courage to get through these health issues. I love you all so much.
SOMEONE THAT I KNOW PLEASE BUY ME TWO PAIRS OF R2 EARS TONIGHT I CAN PAYPAL YOU RIGHT NOW. I NEED THEM AND CAN'T GET TO THE PARK TILL TOMORROW. (and if you bring them to Tustin or can meet me somewhere tonight I'll bring you food! Or candy! Along with the money!) Text me!
So upon moving the car out of the downtown Disney parking lot, I got pretty lightheaded and started getting fever chills, so Mark and I are going home. Love you guys! So glad I could see all of you... I'm headed back to take a nap so I can hopefully be back in the park within a couple hours!
It was great seeing Dave, CJ, and Cass last night! Sorry we couldn't stay longer! ElecTrONica was amazing, but with how delicate my health is right now I couldn't stay with that crowd! Never have I seen a line for taste pilots that wrapped almost to the soarin entrance!
A personal favorite is the beautifully hand crafted music box
A fun video from 2013, the story behind the music box with Clopin, Figaro and the even watch the Tangled Tower being put into the Fantasy Faire:
Of course, no trip to the Fantasy Faire would be complete without a visit to the Royal Hall. Loved this artist rendition, that's just how my girls are when they enter the Hall. ::sigh::
Took this next part directly from Disney Parks Blog:
“After walking into our main entrance, you will first go through a garden-like setting before entering the reception hall,” said Michel Den Dulk, Creative Director of Fantasy Faire for Walt Disney Imagineering. “Once inside the Royal Hall, guests will discover a beautiful gothic interior with nice wallpaper, wall cresting, wood finishes and chandeliers.”
Passing through a series of spaces, including the Grand Hall, you’ll have the opportunity to meet as many as three Disney princesses, from classic stories such as “Cinderella” and “Sleeping Beauty.”
Dont forget to grab a sweet treat from Maurice's Treats! At the time, (isn't there more now?) the adorable cart featured 3 “Twists” and a new signature beverage: Boysen Apple Freeze.
In a tribute to the historic Carnation Plaza Gardens, a shield over the archway leading from Fantasy Faire to Rancho del Zocalo in Frontierland displays the letters “CPG.”
