Remember that easter earthquake? The shaking started the December before. All the little baby ones for about 5 months then BAM! I know cuz I live in the imperial valley. I think its time for everyone to get ready for a big one. Not trying to be all negative, but hope for the best and prepare for the wrost. Better to be safe than sorry....

Every single time we have used these tickets($99 3 day hoppers), which is about 10 times now, we have been asked for the purchasers ID on the first use. They put the last name of the person on the ticket, so the spouse or member has to be there. My sister went to use hers and the lady accidentally put my parents name instead of her husband that is also military. The required my parents to come back before they allowed her in. This was in June. They only checked on the first use. Can your husband or you buy tickets through MWR? - emnldsmom

If the service member buys the ticket at.the park, with all guests there, (they ask for the specific names so they can print it on the ticket.)he/she doesnt have to be present at park entry. and have until september. If u buy it from the base IT office, the service.member gas to be at.the first entry....I just.bought tickets for my parents this past 4th of july. :) I didnt have to be there when they entered - Jfigg23

Smoking is a horrible addiction. My hubby smokes, but it wasn't his choice. When he was in Iraq when he was 17, one was shoved down his throat and he hasn't been able to quit. I've seen him try. And yes, people do have the right to smoke, but at the same time everyone had the right to breathe the somewhat clean air we do have. Then there is me. I'm allergic to smoke. I break out in hives which I find worst than the asthma attack it can cause me. It's extremely difficult trying to stay away from smokers. I don't even have to be within a few feet of them but once a draft hits me its all down hill for me. - sallyg
