Hey MWers I just have a quick question: does anyone know if the canoes are still running at DL?

I think its closed for the Holiday lay over...They turn them into sleds so the kids can use them when they turn the Rivers of America into a huge ice rink - Dave 8630.6 #2 3:22PM

So I was having a hard time finding a new place to eat vegetarian food at Cars Land today. Doesn't seem like there is anything there but meat. It's very frustrating to have to search for new places to eat at Disney California Adventure :(

If you go to the Chamber of Commerce on BVS, they will give you a complete list of vegetarian food options throughout the park. They also have lists for gluten free food too. Same think goes for City Hall in DL. Hope this helps. - CMJenKWorth 122.9 #2677 12:52AM

Do all you annual pass holders know about the World of Color after hours event? It's the last weekend of June (Thursday? Friday and Saturday) and Disneyland had just allowed the sign up for it a few days ago. You need to go to the booth at Disneyland to register. Get it now before it gets full!! I signed up for Saturday the 30th of June:)

Do you have a favorite park? Disneyland or CA Adventure?

I will always love both for different reasons. Disneyland is the original. It has the most pixie dust and magic hidden around every corner. California adventures has magic but it also has a very American style to the whole park. The Royal Street Veranda in New Orleans Square has an amazing veggie gumbo that is actually vegan!!! The Hungry Bear Restaurant has a fried green tomato sandwich (not vegan- it has dairy).
