For leap day, I intended on (and succeeded in) staying up for the full 24 hours without leaving disneyland. I got to the parking structure as soon as it opened, an hour before park opening. They did have an alternate lot open for the overnight campers, but I didn't want to do that. First item of business was to get a locker on Main Street, they did sell out eventually. Since it was February, I brought extra clothes and a blanket to sit on. I also packed snacks and drinks as well as toiletries like brush-ups to keep it minty fresh. Number 1 tip as soon as you get there enter each park because last time when they reach capacity only those that were already in the parks before can enter they had a special line for it. My friend waited outside I while I was inside I could enter and re enter he had to wait till they opened the parks again. - Hendizl

Survived Leap Day and crazy enough to do it again 😁 3 suggestions: get there early enough to get a locker - I remember on leap day the crowds started rolling in around 4 pm and insanity hit after 7 pm; 5 hour energy definitely helps; and wear comfortable shoes- also stay positive and have fun! - leafs17

Yes, you can check the OC Register online for rentals, and look for some of the smaller local papers if there are any around there. I would not recommend Craig's list for rentals either, too much fraud. Is there a residence inn somewhere nearby? If you have access to an RV or camper, there is an RV park close and it's about$50 a night. Anaheim rv village. They also give a discount if you have a pass. It's very nice. We stay there a lot. - SueBayou
