Hi! I'm loving my annual pass(my gift to me for losing 125lbs). I also love that I can still stay on plan while being at DL. I ate with a friend at the River Belle Terrace and had a kids meal that came with a small sandwich, fruit, and milk. Because I did so well with that I decided to treat myself to popcorn. I have also been bringing my ww pedometer with me to track my steps. It's real exciting More...
I am not addicted! I bought my first pass on 5-11-12 and I have gone 4 times! Now, what do I do about my charging my phone? I saw the lists of outlets, but we can't get in trouble for using them can we? Who has tried one?
I am new to MW and new to Chub 33. I am a brand new pass holder. It was my gift to myself from losing close to 125lbs. I have done my weight loss through weight watchers. Healthy eating and exercise! I can fit through turnstiles now!
Hi! I am a new pass holder. I went twice last week. I bought my pass as a gift to myself because I am down nearly 125lbs. I think it was a great gift! I had suffered for so long from not going but it was the only way I could push myself to work hard. Yay for hardwork and yay for DL!
A personal favorite is the beautifully hand crafted music box
A fun video from 2013, the story behind the music box with Clopin, Figaro and the even watch the Tangled Tower being put into the Fantasy Faire:
Of course, no trip to the Fantasy Faire would be complete without a visit to the Royal Hall. Loved this artist rendition, that's just how my girls are when they enter the Hall. ::sigh::
Took this next part directly from Disney Parks Blog:
“After walking into our main entrance, you will first go through a garden-like setting before entering the reception hall,” said Michel Den Dulk, Creative Director of Fantasy Faire for Walt Disney Imagineering. “Once inside the Royal Hall, guests will discover a beautiful gothic interior with nice wallpaper, wall cresting, wood finishes and chandeliers.”
Passing through a series of spaces, including the Grand Hall, you’ll have the opportunity to meet as many as three Disney princesses, from classic stories such as “Cinderella” and “Sleeping Beauty.”
Dont forget to grab a sweet treat from Maurice's Treats! At the time, (isn't there more now?) the adorable cart featured 3 “Twists” and a new signature beverage: Boysen Apple Freeze.
In a tribute to the historic Carnation Plaza Gardens, a shield over the archway leading from Fantasy Faire to Rancho del Zocalo in Frontierland displays the letters “CPG.”
