Just wanted to say thank you again to Calypso. She made this amazing birthday cake for MWer's DesertMouse and Chrissykins. The cake itself was German choclate and tasted like heaven! Check out her FB page cake4six if you're interested in ordering one of her lovely and delicious creations! 😃
Question time! So people harp on the OG's all the time. Since Mousewait is about 2 years old who qualifies as OG's? Is there a cut off date or how are they classified OG's. I'm sure 20 years from now I'll be an OG since I added on when MW was about 1 1/2 yrs. But for now just interested in knowing who the OG's are. Thanks!
I was recently informed that trans fat in the orange chocolate is the reason the Tigger Tails were changed. I feel Disney should just tell me there is trans fat in them and then let me choose whether or not to eat it. I'm thinking a petition is in order. Who will sign?
To any of the newbies to Mousewait, please don't buy into the idea that there's anything resembling a "cool kids" group here. You can ask anyone who's met anyone here - we're all some of the biggest nerds in the world that happen to congregate in one location (albeit armed with bubble guns, laser swords, and one hell of an imagination). Disneyland is a magical place, one where the most professiona More...

A personal favorite is the beautifully hand crafted music box
A fun video from 2013, the story behind the music box with Clopin, Figaro and the even watch the Tangled Tower being put into the Fantasy Faire:
Of course, no trip to the Fantasy Faire would be complete without a visit to the Royal Hall. Loved this artist rendition, that's just how my girls are when they enter the Hall. ::sigh::
Took this next part directly from Disney Parks Blog:
“After walking into our main entrance, you will first go through a garden-like setting before entering the reception hall,” said Michel Den Dulk, Creative Director of Fantasy Faire for Walt Disney Imagineering. “Once inside the Royal Hall, guests will discover a beautiful gothic interior with nice wallpaper, wall cresting, wood finishes and chandeliers.”
Passing through a series of spaces, including the Grand Hall, you’ll have the opportunity to meet as many as three Disney princesses, from classic stories such as “Cinderella” and “Sleeping Beauty.”
Dont forget to grab a sweet treat from Maurice's Treats! At the time, (isn't there more now?) the adorable cart featured 3 “Twists” and a new signature beverage: Boysen Apple Freeze.
In a tribute to the historic Carnation Plaza Gardens, a shield over the archway leading from Fantasy Faire to Rancho del Zocalo in Frontierland displays the letters “CPG.”
