Literally bawling right now. These stories are why events like the CHOC walk are so important. I am so appreciative to be involved this year and little Lilly's story is inspirational. Thank you for sharing this. I know Disney will make her day outstanding!! - missariel33  1748.2 #77 1:24PM

Thank you, this helps with our decision to come, as we come from Canada. And we look forward to our visit every year, also look forward to meeting some of our fellow mouse waiters this time!!

As a Premium AP holder, I can honestly tell you that summer season Saturdays are noticeably less busy than other days of the week. "Less busy" doesn't translate into "not crowded," however. Saturdays are still busy, just not as packed as unblocked days. We've been on Saturdays and enjoyed our visits, and turned right back around and returned on Sundays, because our friends' passes were open on Sundays. There's a difference in crowd levels, for sure. - susieQzee  554.5 #321 3:19PM

I'm sure I too have had bad experiences at the parks. I honestly don't remember because every trip has so many amazing experiences that I couldn't dwell on the bad even if I wanted too. I know what it's like to have a child desperate to meet a specific character. It took us over 3 years and I have no clue for my oldest to meet her fave Daisy. The first time we were in line to ever ride RSR someone posted a pic if her in Toontown. We got out of line and ran and all the way there only to find she was gone. My daughter was heartbroken..,for all of about 30 seconds because she was still at DL. I was sad for her, but chose to focus on the TONS if calories we burned on our search. Try and focus on the amazing time you got to spend bonding with your family and enjoying the magic if Disney and that one little incident will not matter at all anymore. - RCmom  5220.6 #15 7:19PM
I agree totally and like I told my wife. I wouldn't have cared at all if it was just Jack but the fact we would have also met Sally if this girl hadn't let us in front of her after she was talking to the CM running the meet and greet is what got me going. - Henny  9.8 #9735 7:25PM

Hi Henny! Maybe I can help and be an encouragement. When I first joined MW, I didn't read all of the rules and I felt as if I was being bullied and attacked by many. I realized that ultimately everyone just wanted to have a positive experience on here but sometimes the tongues could be sharp (including my own in my responses to those I felt were attacking me). I am sure that all of us would love to have you as part of this happy (maybe dysfunctional (LOL)) family. With that being said, I am truly sorry you had an unpleasant experience at Disneyland. I think most of us can relate. Ultimately, I know that the good experiences will FAR outweigh the bad. Hope you have a good night and don't let this get you down. We're here to maybe help you smile! I appreciate your comment. I never knew all the rules. I only knew that posts on here had to be Disney related because I have seen it posted a few times. If I had talked about all the great things that happened, it would have been the same as 99% of you. I just wanted to vent because I know that what happened wasn't suppose to happen in Disneyland.

Lots of Disney love to you and your family!!! - DisneyDavidEMT  1626.5 #85 8:11PM

I'm simmer dude. I just believe how everyone here can't grasp the situation I was in. She was talking to the CM who ran the meet and greet and then at the last second lets us in front of her.

NO COMPLAINING: There are a lot of places you can go to complain about Disney. MouseWait is not the place for this. If you have an issue about how MouseWait is run or anything of that nature, send a support request to us instead of voicing your concern in the Lounge. People use the Lounge as a β€œgetaway” and that is why our goal is to keep the Lounge in a positive, vacation style atmosphere. - splashphotoCM  885.6 #178 5:54PM

Please read the faq's, this is a very complainy post. - madsdad  1846.5 #74 5:37PM
Personal opinion: being upset is one thing but confronting someone for letting you skip a line is COMPLETELY uncalled for. - lostgirl7988  697.6 #236 12:06AM
