Yup, you sure can. I also heard that in front of Ariel maybe a little to the right facing the water is one of the best spots for non fastpass.

I think you can watch it on the bridge by Ariel's Grotto without a fast pass. Since its a slower day there may even still be some available when you get there. Enjoy! - LisaMouse7531 408.8 #316 6:05PM

Sure did .. It was an awesome view from the 12th floor. Once the park closes you can watch them test the system with a completely different show. Just crack the windows and you'll get 85% of the sound. The only hard part is leaving the park early to make it to the room.

It's a different perspective. You miss all the scenes being displayed on the water. So your view is more o the fountains in general. I suggest watching one night at DCA to get the full experience. - DisneyBride°O° 366.5 #378 12:17PM
