When my son was 3 months old we took him. He was basically a newborn because he was two months premature. We went on pirates, small world, and most of the slow kiddie rides in fantasyland.
Congratulations on the new little ones! I'm pretty sure you can take the babies on IASW, Pirates, most of the Fantasyland rides... I'm not sure what else. I've never been to DL with a newborn. Lots have and I'm sure they can help. :) 😊 - DisneyFanZoe

Single rider is deffinately the way to go! My husband and I ALWAYS do single rider & have even gotten to ride together anyway in that section (last time they couldn't find a group of 2 or 3 to fill a completely empty row, so they took 3 single riders & we go to sit together. Good suggestion, thelittlestmouse
CMs are not blocked from letting people into the park this summer (except Aug 20-25). However, CMs cannot let their guests in until 10am. This makes sure that paying guests and pass holders are able to get first pick of RSR and WoC fast passes. Single rider for RSR is always a great option. I hope this helps! - thelittlestmouse
