While the RAK is not a copyright violation, I think sheilamo might have a point about your store...even if you give disney credit, it might be illegal to make money using the characters. Just did a little more research on this. I'm afraid it is illegal to profit from renderings, whether freehand or actual copies, of any character belonging to disney. They are both licensed and copyrighted. From what I understand, at least four prominent featured must be considerably altered. Disney's typical course of action is to send a cease and desist letter, but occasionally they will skip this step and initiate litigation. Etsy is a known site for the disney legal team. If I were you, I would try to contact somebody about becoming a licensed Disney artist (cuz I think you're that good), but this does not usually happen. So sorry to deliver this news. Anything that looks exactly like the Mickey hats are copyrighted.
