UPDATE on MICKEYAT! She is being released from the hospital today and heading home. Her kidney transplant has been a true blessing and her recovery thus far is going so well. Keep her in your thoughts and prayers. Hopefully she will get to visit the parks before we know it.

Planning our next trip and a fun question came to mind. If you had to pick a fun and creative way to get to DLR, what would it be? I think I would like to travel by wagon. Camp out along the way. (This pic was taken on Monday before we left the park)
Lol, traveling by wagon makes me think of The Oregon Trail computer game and the Little House books. 😊 Good stuff! I think I would like to fly by hot air balloon. UPDATE on fellow MWer Mickeyat: her kidney transplant surgery went well. She was up walking for the first time this morning. It was very painful, very expected. Her labs are looking good. she is doing well. Please keep her in your thoughts and prayers.
Great news! I have been thinking of her since she posted. we went through the ordeal of waiting on a transplant list for a liver for my mom two years ago so I can imagine the waiting was horrible. The worst is past now it is time for her to heal. And MWers please please register yourselves to be a donor. You can register with the DMV. It can change a life for someone forever! I pray for quick healing for her and for the family of the donor.✨🙏 - DSNYCheeks3

And all you have do is have it put on your drivers license here in California and you can help someone. Make sure you tell your family what you want too, that way they can share your love with whoever needs it!! This post saddens me every trip. We have had a wonderful 4 days in the parks. We got to meet new MWers and hang out with some we already knew, I got to enjoy several personal first experiences too. As we head back to Washington I will definitely be thinking about our next trip and cherishing these memories with MightyWhitey.
mwr's in general have built so many friendships ,laughter and experiences together and I thank admin , mw and god for having you and mighty as some of our cherish friends for life. It's hard when you make great friends that live so far away and widh them to live so close but it makes every trip that much special. your kids are great and hope they know they have great parents . I really enjoyed our time together for sharing starbucks and riding attractions together to just hanging out and having fun with the company around us just relaxing.have a safe trip back and next time I *(gulp) will ride tower of terror with you guys and mighty next time it's about the captain america shirt.=> love you guys see you next time. - pikarich
