hi. we're staying at PP tonight and its our first time. can anyone help with some questions? where do you walk to get to the front gates? and where is the guest parking located? any help or tips would be appreciated. we've stayed at both dl & grand hotels before.

If you go down the street where you go to the parking structure and it splits between parking and DTD, stay on the DTD side and just keep going straight. The hotel and parking will be on your right - SPandEvLover 782.7 #122 1:52PM

We finally decided to go to the halloween party this friday. Never been before. My question is at what time can we get our wrist bands? We will be in the park all day but will be going back to our hotel and would like to have them before we go. we are APs so i know we can get them before 4. Thanks

search baseballmickeycm post.as a passholder you can enjoy the park during the normal operating hours but you will have to check in to receive your wristbands. if you are in the park earlier there is a check in in frontierland by the shooting gallery around 4 if not you will have to brave the longer lines at the front gate. - pikarich 616.3 #177 9:42AM

please help us with hotel choices. we usually stay onsite but are going to stay off site in oct. any suggestions would be great, or anywhere you don't recommend. it doesnt have to be walking distance. just somewhere inexpensive without being 'cheap' if ya know what i mean. :) TIA

We stayed at the Carousel Inn and Suites last time. It was clean and only a 5min walk. The continental breakfast wasn't the greatest tho. We are staying at the Marriot next week. It's supposed to be one of the better hotels in the area. - PrincessDelaine 170.9 #1994 5:12PM

We stayed ay the carousel last weekend and had a horrible experience... Ac broke, fridge n microwave didnt work, no remote, and no proper bath mat in which my 4 yr old slipped and hit his head on the back of the tub.. Does anyone know what the park hours are like the weekend before thanksgiving and the weekend before xmas? We would like to go for some day trips but dont really want to go if it closes at like 6. thanks.

I think that time of year is 8 or 9. Check the Disneyland website and see if they're up now (I doubt it) and keep checking. They try to post hours as far in advance as possible. - lostgirl7988 541.6 #208 2:49PM

According to Touringplans.com (which I have a membership to) Saturday, November 12th at DL is estimated to open at 8:00AM and remain open till 12:00AM. DCA is estimated to open at 10:00AM and closed at 9:00PM. These are based on historical times but with the expansion to DCA I would expect that may change. The Saturday and Sunday before Christmas are the same. Again DCA will likely be open the max amount of hours. The holidays are a very busy time of year for DL and DCA. - AKMouse 376.5 #364 3:00PM

Anyone who has worn glow with the show ears, I have a question. I tried some on and they felt weird and didnt buy them. How do they feel when you wear them? they felt like they would fall off if i tilted my head back just a bit. Im sad cause i really wanted a pair. any feedback on this? tia.
