I wanted to post a warning about the special for tickets at Costco that was going on not too long ago and if they are still selling them (I don't know if they are). We flew out for Christmas and had our 4 day tickets a friend bought us. On the 3rd day we were denied entry. After some research I'm finally getting answers from Disney. Apparently our tickets were used 2 days in October. I'm thinking More...

I would imagine Costco could access when you purchased these tickets because dont they swipe your membership card when making a purchase? If so, they could print it out for you and compare it to the first day the tickets were used. That way it would be easier to settle your issue. Call the Costco you purchased the tickets from & ask to speak to the warehouse manager. They should take care of you especially since you have the info from Disney. The tickets sold at Costco came directly from Disney, not another source. Costco will take care of you - I've worked for them for over 25 years & at our building we take care our members. - Anders

Quick question about disneyland tickets, hope someone can help... We have a 4 day pass and our first use was dec 26th, I had always planned to go on the 7th but now I'm doing my math and so my question is does it expire the 13th day which I assume is the 7th or does the first day I use it count as day 0? i think you are good either way. If you count 26th as day 1, the 7th will be day 13. i would call the ticket booths to make sure. - toph

Hmmm looking back last year, it felt that near New Years and week after New Years seemed more crowded than before holidays. I guess people are done shopping and enjoying being with family more. If I have to pick a day or two it would be 24, last year crowds weren't bad at all. And before the new year but really just keep in mind it'll be busy but go as early as possible to avoid crowds - MarshaMouse

If your there until the 8th I like would go between the 3-6, most of the Christmas stuff will still be up and the crowds will be a wile lot less between the 20th to the 2nd! Have fun! - akpoppins

Not true. I went Jan 3-5 and it was crowded. The Rose Bowl is usually on NYD and the families of the two teams pretty much invade the parks the week of the game. This year everywhere we went all insane were Oregon Ducks and Wisconsin Badgers shirts, jackets and hats. Personally I would plan a trip with the 6th being my first day in the parks and then have a lot less crowds, however, several of the attractions will close so the decor can be taken down, like HM, IASW to mention a few. - splashphotoCM

I know the parking structure opens an hour before the parks. What time would you recommend us getting there so we can be at the rope drop tomorrow? I don't mind sitting and waiting for the parking structure to open. Sorry for the many questions! Hope to post more quality over the next 2 days! Thanks!

We're in CA! So excited to be here. Will be at DL Monday! Quick question, world of color; what is the best way to see/do it, the fast pass or the picnic lunch? I know where to get the fast pass but times to get it? As soon as possible?
If you are going the WOC fastpass route, you will want to get them first thing in the morning. You will then need to line up an hour (?) before your show time. I have only seen the show once 😁 I'm not much of an expert. Try searching for World Of Color info on MW. I'm sure there are oodles of info from previous posts. Basically the picnic lunch is for someone who will not be at the parks early and wants to see the show of their choice in the blue or yellow section. But you have to wait like everyone else. The lunches are served cold, FYI. FP if you are getting to parks early and save the money from the picnic meals. - JenInWonderland
