#NEWS I was just given some info on the plans for Christmas time at Disneyland this year. Looks like the rumors are going to become a reality. Disneyland will have a Christmas Party much like Mickey's Halloween Party during Christmas time. So far the tickets will get you the Christmas Parade and Christmas Fireworks. (Things to be added) The nights there are parties they will have a showing of Soun More...
This truly breaks my heart. Growing up I myself didn't get to experience many xmas because our family grew up poor.As an adult with kids going to the park at xmas time and watching the parade and fireworks had become a family tradition.we love experience it over and over again. The magic look on my kids faces was priceless and true I could buy a ticket it would be expensive on a family of 4 or to anyone and no guarantee parades or fireworks would perform as they can be cancelled at anytime or for any reason. I understand Disney is a business but xmas time is one of the busiest time of the year ,but how is it going to be to parks guest to leave early during a busy season as well. to me this is really sad news to hear and do not think voicing our concerns to Disney may help. any thoughts on this ? - pikarich

I think they should have the special fireworks and parade for all guests since this is their busy season of year, then add an extra something for the later party. if they are all about sales, this is when a lot of people do their Christmas shopping, so if you ask all these people to leave or pay, they will just go shop somewhere else. the Halloween parties are fun, but we get to dress up and get tons of candy so it is worth going once or twice. I think doing it this way will create more bad feelings than good, most people will feel they are taking something away not giving us anything because DL Christmas has been special for years. they need to re-think this, it can be done, but just not the way they are talking about. - secretagentangel

#NEWS on the Club 33 remodel. Disney has sent out the bid request to it's preferred contractors. The construction contract schedule reads, September 4, 2013 thru July 2014. This doesn't mean the Club will be closed for the entire duration of the project. Overall closure of the Club is likely to be announced early summer. Info provided from a Club 33 member i know.

This picture is by far one of my favorites i have with my son while at the parks. The joy on his face is priceless. I love that there is a place we can go and just have a good time. I look forward to seeing my kids grow and enjoy as much time as we can at Disneyland. Memories to last us a lifetime! :)

Live - My grandpa was a little tired tonight to stand for World Of Color and we were debating on leaving but thanks to CM Kyle we are able to enjoy it from reserved seating cause there are empty benches. I will be stoping by Chambers of Commerce on my way out. Now waiting for the show :)
