It was the BEST movie!  My family loved the sneak peak that Disney offered us!  We were so happy!

I saw a post that "beast" was there today πŸ˜„ nice that an mw'er got to experience it and get to see the movie for free too! πŸ˜ƒ I'm glad you had such a nice experience  - mommyduchess  290.7 #1089 11:21PM
Yes. I agree. You going is kinda like if one of us went. I was all excited telling my wife about it like if it was me that was going.  -  1609.6 #127 8:08AM
Thanks, me too! And That's how I tell stories about my pals, too. Hug your wife from me and rumple your kids' hair from me as well. 😬  - SassafrasDavis  893.7 #243 8:37AM
That is amazing! - PeppersGhost  428.1 #587 11:19PM
Glad you got to see it. I really liked the movie. Was the theater full? Normally the theater for preview isn't that full, but the video I saw made it look full.  - DLKenCA  3512.0 #50 10:29AM
It was maybe 3/4 full. There were several empty seats in the upper rows and an empty front row plus some spares. It was *so* refreshing to be among that many people with none of them "phone faced". I am the only one in our group who wears a watch, so I had to give the time frequently. And there was this high anticipation of if/when my husband would make it, but no way to stay in contact, so that added to the experience. And the excellent feeling of being "in the moment" and just trying to soak up all the details and little memories without relying on phones to document it was really special. ☺️ - SassafrasDavis  893.7 #243 10:36AM
That's fantastic, SassafrasDavis! I have had sooo many terrible experiences with others ON their phone texting/fb/ig/snapchat and taking calls during a movie!! *ring* "Hello? Oh HIII!! Yeah? No, I'm not doin' anything. What are you doin?"" Uhhh Really? πŸ€”πŸ€”πŸ˜©πŸ˜ πŸ˜ πŸ˜  - misschurro  9350.0 #12 10:52AM
They took our phones away when we saw the Moana preview and I didn't realize how much I missed not knowing what time it was. I got a cheap watch the next day. πŸ˜„β± SassafrasDavis - encinitasrunner  256.4 #1416 4:33PM
How FUN!!!! And EXCITING!!! πŸ˜€πŸ˜€πŸ˜€πŸ˜€ I just can't WAIT to get to see the movie myself.  For sharing with us. ❀ @SassafrasDavis - encinitasrunner  256.4 #1416 10:33AM
My pleasure! It was such a gift and I'm so grateful. It was the first movie where 1. I think Disney excellently bridged the gap between an animated film and a live action version. And 2. Where I'd consider it worth seeing in 3D at a reliable theater. I usually don't care for 3D movies, but this one really was enhanced by it.  - SassafrasDavis  893.7 #243 10:39AM
I will definitely see this in 3D then! πŸ˜€β€βœ¨ - encinitasrunner  256.4 #1416 4:34PM

I didn't notice any cushions. It is very bumpy and hard to get in and out if you are tall.

To  you will be hearing from Our very own Miss  very soon She is a wealth of knowledge on MW and will share with you.  - Goofytom  4720.5 #37 3:33PM
Oh gosh, thanks! ☺️ - misschurro  9350.0 #12 10:10PM
I rode it 7 times in Thursday, because the cushions made a huge difference (to me). The Fantasyland side is smoother because it has less sudden dips.  - AngelaSparrow  171.4 #2540 7:32PM
Yes they did say one side if faster and one side is smoother. I just never remember which one is which!!! HahaπŸ˜€ - sheridanrabbit  1211.4 #173 8:23PM
Just rode Famtasylamd side twice on Thursday. I usually go on Tomorrowland side but hate the harsh landings. The new cushions are made of very thick, dense rubber. Much more pleasant on bottom but would be nice on the back, too.  - Ilovegoofy  278.2 #1203 9:46PM

Yes!  I saw them available right inside California adventure

I believe some of the lockers inside either park have some that charge, not all of them do though - UTDISNEYFAMILY  3042.0 #56 9:24AM
Yes. On Main Street where the regular lockers are.  Be sure when renting you use the correct machine. I watched somebody waste $8 renting a regular locker. I'm not positive but it's around $2 for first hour.  - DisneyMom13  467.2 #528 9:24AM
I have heard they also sell chargers in the park if you want a more permanent solution. I think the Photo store sells them. - DLKenCA  3512.0 #50 11:08AM

Yes I do!!!!

it did not say what stuff would be removed to make room.  i like toontown,  and we need a place for lots of kids to hang out.  if it is removed for star wars land,  there will be even more strollers running over my toes and slamming into my shins in the rest of DL.  i also am worried about the removal of the circle D ranch,  to truck all the park animals off site each day instead.  i will not stay in a hotel that is not walking distance,  so for the working animals,  it seems really stressful,  and bad planning by imagineers.  - MsTikiMermadam  2130.2 #89 10:13PM
I'm with you, MsTikiMermadam! The animals are a great way for me to relax and unwind, especially after a long, crowded day in the parks! It helps to lower my blood pressure, just like when I pet my dog at home. And maybe lose the Jamboree area... I really hope the animals and all of its surrounding areas. It would be so difficult to transport the animals everyday from off property. I hope things can change and the animals can be saved from the expansion changes! I also agree that Toontown is a great place to visit and to allow parents with young children to have a second land that's highly dedicated to kids and families and alleviates a lot of strollers and tons of foot traffic everyday. Hope the animals can stay where they are! - Catski23  34.3 #6064 10:48PM
I agree, moving Circle D is the only thing I don't think is a good idea! - Boundin  827.1 #265 10:59PM
maybe we can get a letter writing campaign to save the circle D.  ihad not heard about the jamboree being effected.  bummer.  another place for small kids to chill and be kids in a contained environment.  love the seasonal decor at the jamboree. - MsTikiMermadam  2130.2 #89 11:39PM
True. I like the country feel. Somehow I think what's done is done. Hope Disney shares along the way - suzieq65  179.2 #2413 11:50PM
I'd certainly sign a letter/petition and get everyone I know to sign it join in the support of saving the animals and Jamboree for all park goers and their families! 😘🐐😘🐐😘🐐 - Catski23  34.3 #6064 11:58PM
