Hey everyone, just joining up in Chub33. Signed up in January for this Septembers 1/2 marathon run and have already gained so many rewards through my training. Started at 259lbs and am currently at 231lbs. I WALKED at a 22:20 minute mile pace, now I'm JOGGING at a 12:29 minute mile pace. I am excited for my first 1/2 marathon and to get to know and chat with you guys about your successes and tips
