The Disney Store has these marshmallow scented Mickey (and Minnie!) stuffed animals for $7.50 with any $25 purchase. They come in yellow or blue for Mickey, and pink or purple for Minnie. They are super cute and soft, and they smell yummy!

The Jingle Jangle Jamboree is so much fun! (Great for little ones getting a bit overwhelmed by the crowds and overstimulation in the park)... I enjoyed the show while my little guy colored and made a yummy cookie--I recommend coming by!

I'd like to get the advice of all you MW LA-area resident experts! What would be the fastest, least traffic route from LAX to Disneyland? Or you can do the 405 south to the 110 north(.3 or less of a mile) to the 91 east to the 5 south. They all have a carpool lane. Usually the carpool for 105 fwy gets backup because of the 110 fwy carpool merge. - VfxGenie 1352.8 #59 11:45AM

I am getting close to booking an early December birthday/Christmas trip for my soon-to-be-6-year-old son! I am really looking forward to experiencing Disneyland with the Christmas decorations and changes. I adore Christmas (I celebrate it for like 3 months lol) and I'd really like to know what are your favorite Disneyland Christmastime events/tips/memories etc?

The Christmas fireworks are great and followed by snow which is amazing! Special foods in the park including the giant hand made candy canes. The beautiful tree on Main Street and decorations throughout the parks(new decorations in DCA this year). IASW is holiday theamed. New this year is ice skating in DTD. If you're there for multiple nights, try to watch the fireworks from both Main Street and iasw. Both are spectacular. Main Street is the best spot for all the effects and the big picture, but small world is less crowded and its easier to play in the snow. But don't try to eat the snow. To plan or not to plan another surprise Disneyland trip for my son.....that is my dilemma! I surprised him in may (with tons of help from MWers!) and he is begging to go back again..... I'm thinking/hoping I could surprise him for a few days over his birthday on early December... Putting it on a credit card then paying it back in a couple months after taxes are back isn't bad right?! Lol
You know... I think the surprise is a great idea. But you should consider that in December it is a bit crowded. If that isn't a big deal for you then great, but December, because of holidays is busy. Right after New Years is a very nice time to go too. - MyPark

Bambi came to my mom's house today! A momma deer brought her BRAND NEW (born yesterday) baby to my moms yard today and laid him in her flower bed! He is soo tiny and darling!
