I have a job interview tomorrow at Disneyland! Super nervous but excited hopefully I get the job. Anybody work at Disney or have worked there with any interview tips to share?

Don't forget to smile. Most of all, just be yourself. The recruiter/interviewer will try to connect with you on a more personal level. See if there's something you two have in common that you can talk about to help loosen you up. The woman who did my interview worked at a university 8 miles from where I went to college, so that helped me out a lot. Make sure you have other experiences (positive and negative) that you can draw on. They might ask about your biggest challenge or what your strengths or weaknesses are. Good luck! What are you interviewing for? I work in photo pass. The interview is a pretty standard interview, talking about your background and times you have given great customer service. Just be as upbeat and excited as possible! - ashmonster 31.7 #4296 1:07AM
