Saw these posted the other day but they definitely deserve another post. 😍😍😍 $19.95 before AP discount at Gone Hollywood in Hollywood Land. Heard CM that they ran out over the weekend and restocked today.
Pictures from my Ariel's Grotto lunch. Appetizers and dessert. Bread was hard but overall good appetizers. There was cheese, salad, fruit, gelatin, veggies and some kind of ceviche style appetizer. For dessert: M&M cookies, chocolate cake, lemon cupcake, red velvet cupcake and some berries. 2 thumps up! 👍👍
Santa Maria Tri-Tip at Ariel's Grotto served with Mash Potatoes and vegetables. Meat was delicious, full of flavor and a bit spicy. Meat is served medium rare but I asked for it well done. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. This is $40.99 with a 3-course meal.
Wanted to share some pictures from my dinner at Blue Bayou last night. Was there celebrating a friends Bday so this made the occasion even more special. The middle left picture is the delicious Surf and Turf ($45.99) and to the right of that is the Tesoro Island Chicken ($31.99) We enjoyed these plates with the New Orleans Gumbo and the House Salad. I'm not a Gumbo person, but I got to admit it wa More...
Having dinner right now at White Water Snacks at the Grand. Chicken Nachos $9.99 and they do accept AP discount! The cheese was warm and delicious! I asked for it "To Go" because I've heard they give you more, and they really do. Enough to share with 2 or 3 people. 2 thumbs up! 👍👍
A personal favorite is the beautifully hand crafted music box
A fun video from 2013, the story behind the music box with Clopin, Figaro and the even watch the Tangled Tower being put into the Fantasy Faire:
Of course, no trip to the Fantasy Faire would be complete without a visit to the Royal Hall. Loved this artist rendition, that's just how my girls are when they enter the Hall. ::sigh::
Took this next part directly from Disney Parks Blog:
“After walking into our main entrance, you will first go through a garden-like setting before entering the reception hall,” said Michel Den Dulk, Creative Director of Fantasy Faire for Walt Disney Imagineering. “Once inside the Royal Hall, guests will discover a beautiful gothic interior with nice wallpaper, wall cresting, wood finishes and chandeliers.”
Passing through a series of spaces, including the Grand Hall, you’ll have the opportunity to meet as many as three Disney princesses, from classic stories such as “Cinderella” and “Sleeping Beauty.”
Dont forget to grab a sweet treat from Maurice's Treats! At the time, (isn't there more now?) the adorable cart featured 3 “Twists” and a new signature beverage: Boysen Apple Freeze.
In a tribute to the historic Carnation Plaza Gardens, a shield over the archway leading from Fantasy Faire to Rancho del Zocalo in Frontierland displays the letters “CPG.”
