Like I've said before it can never be enforced. Disneyland has retail, restaurant and entertainment sections in the park. The Pruneyard decision would be referenced in a liability claim. End of story.
It would be hard for people to be restricted on video recording since it's a place where families can go to have their memories - and they'd want to capture these memories for themselves. They might have an issue with posting them at places like Youtube, etc... but if the guy who filmed the movie without permission makes money, they should just go after him - instead of everyone at the park. - LaTruce

He staked out times, places and blocked the shots so that they could be filmed while Disneyland would have no idea and then brought in actors. THEN took it to Sundance. His whole intention was to sneak behind their backs and make the movie. Families enjoy their vacation together are a completely separate thing.
