Now you need to get one of the spider on the glass! I've never seen a clear shot of that! - Belleslibrary

I LOVE that spider. What a cool little tidbit of DIsney history that you can search out. It's got all the pieces to form an awesome tale: guns, ghosts, spiders, and secrecy :D - TaraInDisneyland 14.4 #5793 9:28PM
I look for that every time and have yet to see it - Zipadeedoodah 67.6 #3462 9:32PM
@ zipadeedoodah. It's towards the end of the ballroom. I think like the second to last column. It's kind of odd because you have to almost focus on the empty spae in front of you other than the stuff going on behind the glass. Once you see it you can't unsee it. :) - Belleslibrary 230.4 #1239 10:37PM
Wow, great shot! Love seeing the details I miss while riding. - 76Parade

My mini loved this! Although, they didn't offer the Mickey clip at that time and my daughter was a little bummed because she had seen it in videos from the BBB at WDW. I'm so glad they have them now! - HasAnyoneSeenMyGlassSlipper

I think they were neat, but I love the ever changing landscapes at DLR. Also, I used to get major panic attacks watching parents perch their little ones up high on the letters. Yikes!
I don't miss them at all. The park is much more tasteful now, and it begins to show that when you first walk up. - MousekaNinja

Hey I love that you spoke out and said your view! The new look does have a new sophistication and therefore kind of class to it... Awesome point! - somedaymyprincewillcome16 202.4 #1597 3:17AM

This is so true hosting a adorable little girl dressed as Minnie to the top of the L I saw one day... I couldn't leave till they got her down! Of course that was frightening too as the super tall father used his other older daughter on his shoulders to get her on and off! It was like I was glued in place but shock and fear and hardly believing a family was working to accomplish this! I couldn't stop watching thank goodness little Minnie got down safe... But good gracious where were any of those "parental instincts" when they came up with that frightening idea... Tower of terror felt like nothing after that to start off the day :P - somedaymyprincewillcome16 202.4 #1597 3:24AM
I like both. I liked the original version, gives off the California beach theme most people associate with California. It lacked a bit of potential though. I love the new look, ties perfectly Main Street where Walt grew up to the California dream that became Disney. - aprilinjune4

I do miss the Golden Gate Bridge, but I love Buena Vista Street so much and the letters wouldn't fit as well with the new theming. - bcarter
