Today was soooo hot! It was a Lemon Fizz kinda day. This drink is basically a frozen strawberry lemonade. It's made with lemon sorbet, club soda and strawberries. It's very refreshing. $5.95

My friend was picked to be in a promotional video for the Disneyland blog! She along with five others had to ride the Matterhorn three times in a row while a video crew recorded them. The perks of being in the single rider line.

Wow! I just had a Lemon Sorbet Sundae from Ghirardelli's and it was so delicious and refreshing! It is pineapple, lemon sorbet, crystallized ginger and almonds. $8.95 before AP discount. It tastes like a tropical holiday. The chewy ginger was a nice touch. Thanks Disney for finding yummy ways to wow us guests who are vegan, dairy- free. :)
