So I've heard a lot about the Lilly belle and I really want to ride it. Do you need a special ticket? Do you ask a cm? How do I get on it? Thanks!

Yep, Singh is right...I've been told the reason for this is to preserve the carpet because the carpet in the Lilly belle is from the same roll as the carpet in Walt's apartment above the fire station. - VickyandtheBeast 184.6 #1812 11:32PM

I believe they only run Lilly Belle once a day. You need to be at the park when it opens and go straight to the Main Street Train Station. A CM will be able to give you special tickets for that day.
